Official Entry Forms are posted to all clubs, schools, colleges and universities on our mailing list in May each year. In addition, further sets of Entry Forms will be posted annually in May each year to all the National Federations which have been represented at the Regatta in recent years.

Late entries will not be accepted.
UK clubs that have pre-registered to use the Regatta's online Entry Form may submit and pay for their entry via the online portal.
Complete a Henley Royal Regatta Entry Form and send to Regatta Headquarters, Henley-on-Thames, RG9 2LY with the appropriate entry fee by 6.00 pm on Monday 12th June at the latest.
Overseas competitors may submit their completed Henley Royal Regatta Entry Form by electronic means e.g. in PDF format. However, the entry must be counter-signed by a representative of the National Federation. Any electronic submission MUST be sent from the National Federation office.

Clubs which regularly compete at Henley or those clubs who have had contact with Regatta Headquarters earlier in the year, will receive Official Entry Forms in May.

Any coach who is uncertain about the Rules or about which event to enter should contact either Joe Michels or Jamie Koven.
Club, student and junior events are always over-subscribed and Qualifying Races (timed Head Races) will be held on Friday 23rd June. Many overseas crews will be required to compete in the Qualifying Races but if a crew has a sufficiently good racing record in 2017 then it may be given exemption from these races.
